POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Advisor is the face of Wilson County Motors in the Service Department and will be the primary point of contact for any customer coming in for service. The number one priority of the Service Writer is meeting customers on the service lane, attaining customer satisfaction, and having customer vehicles repaired right the first time.
Realize that during any interaction with customers, the employee should remember the HERO (Helpful, Exceeds expectations, Represents us well, takes Ownership) program. Also, the customer is the highest priority of any employee of Wilson County Motors.

JOB EXPECTATIONS and REQUIRMENTS:
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The employee Will be standing and walking for up to 80% of the shift with extensive time communicating with customers by telephone, text messaging, and email. It may require lifting, pushing, or pulling weights up to 25 lbs. Duties will be performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Some work might be performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
