TARSCO Bolted Tank Inc. manufactures and constructs customized, above-ground bolted storage tank systems worldwide.

The Powder Coating manager oversees painting and powder coating operations.

· Plan and schedule work, staffing, and budgeting jobs

· Directing process development, quality assurance, and cost control measures.

· Assess employee performance

· Plan and coordinate routine maintenance of equipment

· Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects

· Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance

· Knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment, proper cleaning, and maintenance of equipment

· Responsible for managing current external customers and acquiring potential customers to fill the powder coating line time
