McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory, a luxurious senior living community hiring for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Seeking a friendly, compassionate, responsible, professional individual with outstanding customer service skills. We offer a beautiful working environment.
Part Time: Wednesday 4:30-9:00 pm and every other weekend
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering incoming calls.
- Welcomes Guests, Visitors and Residents, determine nature of business and direct to the proper destination as they enter the building.
- Operate the phone, email, radio and paging system and communicate effectively and professionally on all devices.
- Listen to problems brought up by residents, visitors, or staff and direct them to appropriate department and/or individual who can develop solutions.

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Phone etiquette: 1 year (Preferred)
