The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible to develop proposals and cost estimations for our Marine Positioning, Construction and I&M service lines under the guidance and advice of the Commercial Manager. You contribute to and are part of client meetings, business development activities, contract negotiation and bid strategy. Deliver proposals on time and with a high standard of quality while focusing on providing solutions that meet our clients' needs. Receive and review requests for quotes, develop proposals, create cost estimates and technical documentation for bid submission. Ensure all project-planning and produced materials are in accordance with company standards, industry standards, QHSSE policy and local regulations - Comply with responsibilities detailed in the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Safety Management System (SMS)Ensure that proposals are produced on time and to the company's highest quality standards. Supports Project Managers by providing commercial support throughout the execution phase of projects, including commercial handover, assistance/ review of VOs and SCAs, assistance with project reviews and participation in project lessons learned (internal and external) and facilitates execution of lessons learned. Work closely with sales/business development, technical and project management teams. Maintain CRM systems and KPI monitoring tools with up-to-date information. Develops understanding of basic strategic frameworks and models to comprehend how the company, customers, and competitors generate revenue and profit - Understanding the financial implications of decisions to better plan and allocate resources. Job Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. Possess a High School Diploma required. Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Surveying, Marine Sciences, or Business preferred. Have 3 or more years of experience in tender coordination, tender management, commercial management & or project management. Have 5 or more years of Survey industry experience preferred. Have experience in professional writing or proposal writing. Possess strong working knowledge of computers and fluent in a variety of software applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Power BI) Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system, including but not limited to Windows 7 What’s in it for you?
