Warehouse Lead Temp To Perm Position

Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join our team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center and ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory control processes and maintain accurate records
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures
- Train and develop warehouse staff on best practices
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Proficiency in AS400 or similar inventory management software
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics is a plus
- Understanding of warehouse operations and best practices
- Excellent team management skills to motivate and guide staff
- Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladder .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
