Patient & Nurturing Nanny/Educator Needed in Naples, FL!

Family is seeking to interview candidates ASAP for immediate hire and will consider relocation for their elite nanny/educator!

• Rate: $150,000 /year DOE & benefits including PTO & healthcare stipend
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Naples, FL
• Child: 4 year old boy
• Schedule: 50 hours guaranteed, with flexibility to work an occasional weekend when traveling
• Monday: 6am - 3pm
• Tuesday: 5:30am - 3pm
• Wednesday: 6am - 5pm
• Thursday: 5:30am - 3pm
• Friday: 6am - 5pm
• The family unit consists of Mom, Dad, and their son. They are a very private and active family who love to swim! Mom trains professionally and begins her training regimen between 6-6:30am. The family values discretion in their home and will require an NDA be signed.
• The family’s child is active and loves to be outside on the playground in the backyard! He takes swimming lessons at the family’s home 3 times per week and attends an indoor gym class as well. He is extroverted and really receptive to those around him. He is showing signs of potty training readiness and the family will seek guidance from their nanny on potty training their son. The family’s child is currently in mostly home-based activities and the family is open to their nanny engaging their child on outings, such as to the zoo or aquarium.
• Responsibilities include all duties pertaining to the child, including implementing a homeschool/preschool program (the family can provide one or the nanny/educator can implement their own), swimming with their son, preparing his meals and snacks, laundering his clothes, potty training, and collaborating with/working alongside the children’s mother approx. ⅓ of the time.
• The family’s ideal nanny/educator is patient, nurturing, and trustworthy, and has a strong knowledge of educational milestones and can implement curriculum to foster their son’s education, development, and social skills.
• Travel: It is imperative the family’s nanny/educator accompany them on their travels! The family intends to travel 6-8 times this year domestically for up to 1 week at a time (typically including a weekend). They will travel 2-3 times internationally for up to 3 weeks at a time. Travel may include locations such as France, Spain, the Caribbean, New Zealand, various countries in Africa, all US states including the Virgin Islands and Hawaii!
• Transportation: The family has a nanny vehicle available.

Bonus if the nanny/educator speaks an additional language, such as or Spanish or French!

Requirements:

• 5 years professional nanny experience
• 3 years professional educator experience in a classroom or homeschool setting
• Extensive experience working with the preschool age group
• Previous experience traveling with nanny families
• Previous experience potty training children
• Valid drivers license
• Valid passport
• Strong swimming skills
• Willing to sign an NDA
• CPR First Aid certified
• Verifiable references
