Vision Homecare Services is hiring Certified HHA's and PCA's in Rye Brook, NY

English speaking or bilingual preferred.

Please note : During the month of May, June and July, additional hours may be needed for Tuesdays)

Job Requirements

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide specialized healthcare .
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus.

Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide Qualifications :

• HHA or PCA certificate
• Valid Employment Authorization Documents
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Medical documents as required by NYS Dept. of Health
