Identify and implement process improvements around financial reporting operations. Prepare all journal entries, reconcile accounts, month end accounting close and verify system transactions. Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts to ensure accuracy and reliability. New customer setup, new vendor setup, etc. Responsible for benefits (401K reporting and compliance, Health Insurance/ACA reporting and compliance) and all HR functions, Workers Comp. and compliance, garnishments. Accounts Payable, Payroll and Benefits. Month-end and closing activities. Must POC Accounting and Job Costing. 3-5 yrs. of Accounting preferably in Cost Accounting with a commercial or industrial company. Sage, ComputerEase or another job cost accounting software! Heavy MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlook ups, etc.), ERP system, Ironclad, Computer Ease, ADP, WorkMax, Samba software a plus! HSG. Accounting Degree. CPA eligible a plus. Monday - Friday, 8-5.
