The Washington, D.C. office of Clifford Chance US LLP seeks attorneys to join its market-leading Energy & Infrastructure ("E&I") Practice with the following skills:

• Experience in representing lenders (including US Government Agencies) providing financing to E&I projects;
• Familiarity with non- and limited-recourse project financing;
• Experience negotiating and drafting the full suite of financing and security agreements associated with an E&I project's financing; and
• Understanding of the "Project Documents" underlying the financing described above.

The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school;
• High academic achievement;
• Strong interest in the subject area;
• Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the D.C. Bar; and

Prior experience in a peer law firm.
