PBG Consulting LLC is Hiring a Program Manager (IT Infrastructure) with Security Clearance Near Washington, DC
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage a mission critical IT Infrastructure program. • Manage both on-premise and cloud environments of federal IT operations. • Manage all aspects of Infrastructure projects, from design and implementation to maintenance, covering networking, security, platforms, and identity management. • Oversee NOC/SOC operations to ensure optimal performance and security. • Lead and manage projects supporting federal IT Organizations, adhering to regulatory requirements and project specifications. • Provide effective leadership by organizing, planning, directing, and managing staff to achieve project goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budget parameters. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently. • Provide technical advice and training to team members as needed. • Manage and communicate to the COR and CO the status of all tasks and deliverables as required by the PWS. Required skills & experience: • 8-10 years of experience of managing IT organizations or Infrastructure programs. • Demonstrated experience managing Infrastructure projects from design, implementation to maintenance for all on premise and cloud operations & environments including but not limited to networking, security, platforms, identity management. • Demonstrated experience managing NOC/SOC Operations. • Demonstrated experience managing projects supporting federal IT Organizations. • Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) and / or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. • Demonstrated experience managing Agile Projects • Demonstrated managerial experience in providing training, technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing staff to ensure that goals and objectives of the project, as well as, problem resolution and customer satisfaction, is accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. • U.S. Citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. • Strong stakeholder management, including advising and influencing clients regarding process improvement initiatives, and working positively. • Skilled communicator with clients and employees. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
