Rainbow Omega Inc.'s (ROI) Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) currently has a Team-Lead LPN Day Shift position (6:00 am to 6:00 pm) and a Night Shift position (6:00 pm to 6:00 am) available. There is Night Shift Differential Pay of $3.50 per hour.

The ICF Team-Lead LPN is responsible for providing nursing care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities residing in one of our ICFs. ROI operates two ICFs. One home has 10 residents and the other home has 16 residents.

Must be 18 years of age, must have either a High School Diploma or GED, must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a valid Alabama Nursing License.
