Bel Air Care Center is Hiring a Dietary Manager Near Alliance, OH
- Work as a team member in the daily production requirements for resident food service
- Assist in food preparation, service, storage and cleaning duties as assigned
- Supervises kitchen staff to ensure food preparation, service and storage meets state regulatory standards
- Prepare and serve food/meals in accordance with planned menus, diets and portion control procedures
- Ensure food is nutritional, appetizing and prepared as planned and served in a timely manner
- Ensure equipment and work areas are cleaned, safe and orderly
- Ensure food and supplies are available for the next meals, assist in inventorying and storing incoming food and supplies and report any hazardous conditions, equipment, accident and incidents
- Assist with menu preparation and ordering supplies
- Experience and ability in problem solving, time management and prioritizing
- Communicates resident and staff needs with Director of Dietary
Qualifications
- Management experience in a dietary setting
- Strong supervisory skills in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of physiology and nutrition
- Budgeting experience within a dietary department
- Leadership abilities to create and implement care plans
- Familiarity with food service operations and time management
- Previous experience in overseeing dietary department operations
-Pay commensurate upon experience
