With our growth in California and the surrounding states, we have an Integration Specialist opportunity.

Your responsibilities as an Implementation Specialist will include implementing the brand with the franchisee to get the shop fully ready for its opening. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, measuring floorplans, coordinating branding/signage, and software introduction/training. The position will be a combination of remote and travel (occasionally overnight) to perform in shop visits.

More about a day in the life of an Implementation Specialist at ProColor Collision:

• Act as the main point of contact for franchisees as soon as they enter the network and throughout the duration of the implementation process
• Initiate and lead the franchisee transfer processes, internal and external kickoff meetings and ongoing transfer meetings
• Coordinate franchisee onboarding, training, account activations and other support processes with internal departments, national suppliers, and vendors
• Lead and provide support and training for franchisee operations
• Other responsibilities assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CCC One software
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience working with franchisees in a support role
• Highly organized and detail organized with the ability to multitask
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history (required)
