A Helping Hand is Hiring a Professional House Cleaner Near Lenexa, KS
We are currently seeking a Professional House Cleaner to join our team. As a Professional House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, organization, laundry, and other various requests in homes and commercial spaces. You must be able to complete tasks given to you; every home and list is different. You must be flexible, focused, and proficient at following instructions that the client is requesting and be timely while doing it. This is a vital role in ensuring all of our clients receive top of the line care and service. Our mission is to “make busy lives simpler” and help meet their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation. We serve all over the KC Metro area.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and other spaces
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, blinds, fans, baseboards, walls, and windowsills
- Complete all other required tasks requested by client, such as laundry, organizing, decluttering, etc.
- Make donation runs to nearest donation center for clients that get rid of things
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Adhere to all cleaning protocol and lists created for each client, in detail, to ensure satisfaction and excellent service
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning highly requested but willing to train a hard-working individual
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and arrive to jobs on time
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive, physical tasks and lift heavy objects if required

Note: All positions must be paid, including training positions. Pay starts at $17 and will go up if employee is displaying high-quality performance and dependability in the company.
