JumpinJax is hiring full time and part time teacher assistants in various aged classrooms with availability between the hours of 7am and 6pm. The ability to follow instructions and keep a neat, clean environment are required. Must have reliable transportation. Experience with children is desired and rate of pay is adjusted based on experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and discipline
- Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other teaching staff to create a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as needed
- Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons and activities

Skills:
- Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Note: Experience in parenting, babysitting, nannying, preschool, or childcare settings can be valuable for this role as it demonstrates experience working with children.
