Dick Scott CDJR has a Full-Time opening for experienced and highly organized Automotive Deal Coster / Biller. Prior experience preferred but we will train ideal candidate. Some evenings and Saturday hours required.

***Competitive Compensation - starting wage to be determined during interview process and is based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Breaking Down and Posting New and Used Car Deals
• Process Sales Staff Commission Sheets for Payroll

• Title Work, Including Filling Out Titles for Customer Trade-ins
• Process rebates/ incentives/ dealership discounts and follow up with the factory
• Submitting Customer Payoff's
• Posting to Accounting General Ledger
• Reconcile Schedules and Statements
• Cut and Disburse Checks
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels

Job Requirements:

• Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate

• Experience with Dealer Track preferred
• Ability to multi-task
