Associate Production Planner

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Be supporting departmental efforts for several production processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Reviewing ERP manufacturing suggestions (MRPs) daily to create job travelers for items needed for production
- Utilizing shortage reports to determine potential production delays and stockouts
- Work with Cross Functional teams in a fast pace environment.
- Work within an Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to create/update BOMS and material items
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in an ERP system (Epicor)
- Must have knowledge of Bills of Material (many levels) and routing.
- Moderate level of experience with Excel experience : familiarity formulas and tables
- Work in a team environment and adjust quickly to department, or team priorities or changes.
