DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our team! As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks around the production floor, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
This position is part-time or full-time - can either be for first or second shift!Key ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
- Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
- Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
- Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures with a safety-first attitude.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to work hours outside of the standard schedule as needed, with appropriate notice when possible.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software; SAP experience preferred
