SUMMARY

Responsible for placing and following up on all orders placed through our website as well as ensuring all orders get shipped on time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process and place online orders with internal inventory and vendors

- Follow up on online orders as needed to ensure timely delivery

- Maintain and organize inventory

- Assist Web Fulfillment Manager with miscellaneous tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

- Detail oriented

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong communication skills

- Guest-first mentality

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new systems

Position requires multi-tasking, the ability to work fast paced and requires a sense of urgency. Flexibility with schedule depending on order demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
