LIT Method is looking to hire a Social Media Manager for a fast pace startup.
LIT is a wellness and technology company that is on a mission to make premium fitness accessible to everyone. Backed by Jay-Z, we are seeking an experienced Social Media and Influencer Manager with a proven track record. You will be responsible for all social media channels and executing cut-through digital marketing activities, managing the brands presence on social platforms, and developing an evergreen influencer strategy. We are looking for someone who can think outside of the box and lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and optimize performance across all channels. The company is relocating from Los Angeles and seeking the best talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation
· Highly creative and thinks outside of the box.
· Develop and curate high-quality visual content across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
· Work with our marketing team to create a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
· Create and maintain a content calendar that outlines the posting schedule, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery for in feed and posts.
Influencer Campaigns
- Proven track record of building and managing influencer campaigns across multiple channels.
- Research and source new creators to join our program across different verticals to promote the LIT products.
- Create and manage content creator contracts, budgets, and communicate usage rates and timelines.
- Manage the editorial strategy, process, and execution. This includes the quality of photos, videos, and copy to ensure this meets the brand standards.
Analytics and Reporting
- Deliver weekly/monthly social media and influencer reporting. Compile recap decks based on KPIs.
- Manage social media and influencer reporting process covering topics such as audience growth, engagement rate, impressions, referral traffic and conversion trends.
- Champion and lead the marketing teams understanding of social media and influencer campaign performance.
THE RIGHT PERSON WOULD HAVE:
- 4 years of creating and running campaigns across multiple platforms. We are looking for bold and loud content creation to go viral. Show us your creativity.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media and influencer campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of hands-on experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes, a must.
- Proficient in Canva, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $46,124.07 per year
