Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Ryan White - Peer Navigator. The Peer Navigator will provide support and guidance to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access necessary resources.

Responsibilities:
- Educate individuals on available healthcare services and resources
- Assist clients in understanding treatment plans and medication adherence
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care for clients
- Conduct outreach activities to connect with individuals in need of services

Skills:
- Strong background in social work or related field
- Proficient in conflict management and problem-solving
- Experience in addiction counseling is a plus
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including children
- Excellent mentoring and communication skills

Pay: $28.85 - $30.17 per hour
