- Identify and implement developmental plans based on company and individual needs by establishing training and coaching methodologies to fit the individual and their unique opportunities and also supporting tangible performance improvements throughout the organization.
- Assist in development of formal mentoring programs throughout the organization, to be leveraged throughout the development process.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for observation in order to identify key strengths, behaviors and mindsets that impact performance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage assessment techniques in the coaching process
- Ability to function independently as well as be a team player across all departmental boundaries throughout the organization.
- Manage multiple objectives, projects, groups and/or activities, making effective decisions and prioritizing each to achieve desired results and meet deadlines.
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, multitask skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- 5 years demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams.
- Must be able to frequently travel.
