Skills:

-Active real estate license in Tennessee or working towards a license.

-Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a focus on Chattanooga or surrounding areas.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients.

-Strong knowledge of the Chattanooga real estate market, including neighborhoods, pricing trends, and local amenities is a plus.
