What we’re looking for:As the IT Project Manager for our manufacturing company, you will play a critical role in enhancing and securing our IT and OT environment across our multiple factories. You will also act as a liaison between DFR business and IT, as well as collaborate with our Dover Corporate teams and external business partners. You will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and recording day-to-day project progress.
In addition, you will assist in enhancing our data management strategies, while ensuring accuracy and integrity in the organizations data.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
Support Incident Response: Ensure alignments with Dover Security incident response plans and procedures to effectively detect, respond to, and recover from security incidents and breaches, minimizing their impact on business operations.
Data Management: Ensure continuous improvement of data management strategies, while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and security. Assist in the development of data-oriented systems to meet organizational needs and evaluate the integrity of databases.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
- Support IT infrastructure and Security projects led by Dover Corporate teams and collaborate with our external partners on scope definition, resource allocation and timeline management.
- Participate in project planning meetings with senior management, departmental heads, and relevant team members.
- Ensuring projects are completed in full, and in line with pre-determined timescales.
- Overseeing the progress of projects and reporting potential issues to the appropriate people.
- Participate in risk assessments led by our Corporate teams to identify vulnerabilities and threats within the existing IT infrastructure and OT systems at Dover Food Retail locations.
- In collaboration with Dover Security, you will develop and implement a robust IT security strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to safeguard the company's assets and operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance shopfloor systems architecture to prevent potential cyber-attacks and operational disruptions.

What are the basic qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
- 4 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Experienced technical business analysis
- MES or PLC experience.
- SQL database management (Query creation, …)
- Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, .ppt, …)
- Preferred experience / training in server management, network, and communications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve and explain complex issues to business partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with users throughout the organization, from the shop floor to the executive team.
- Service Desk understanding, experience ticket management and summary reporting.
- Effective collaboration with on premise and remote employees
