Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales fleet management, salesmen inventory and routing, order processing, and more. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales operations to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Fleet Management:

- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient management of the sales fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and tracking.

- Optimize routing and scheduling to maximize sales team productivity and minimize travel time and costs.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding the use of company vehicles.

2. Salesmen Inventory and Routing:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels for salesmen, ensuring adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.

- Coordinate with sales team members to determine optimal inventory levels and replenishment schedules.

- Develop and implement efficient routing plans to optimize salesmen's routes based on customer locations, traffic patterns, and other factors

- Calculate route/store profitability and identify ways to improve

3. Sales Order Processing:

- Oversee the sales order processing system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of orders.

- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfillment processes and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

- Implement measures to improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze sales data, including sales performance, customer trends, and inventory levels, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales operations and performance metrics.

- Utilize data analysis to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing sales processes and resource allocation.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to align sales operations with overall business objectives.

- Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations on sales operations-related matters.

- Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales operations, fleet management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and empower team members.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of sales and inventory management systems; experience with CRM software is a plus.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices related to fleet management and sales operations.
