NuCara Home Medical, one of Iowa's leading providers of respiratory and home medical equipment, is seeking a full-time Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) as a Clinical CSR for our Urbandale, IA location. The hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

This position is responsible for set up and ongoing care for our CPAP/Bi-PAP and home oxygen patients. Other responsibilities include answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store and client's home, communication with healthcare professionals. Valid driver's license, drug test and criminal background check required. Some telephone based on-call responsibility is required.

Candidates must possess an RPSGT credential and be licensed by the Iowa Board of Respiratory Care and Polysomnography as a Polysomnographic Technologist. Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Previous experience with home medical or respiratory equipment is a plus.
