The Office Manager Home and Care Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of our business and is an integral part of the team. The right team member must have knowledge of the home care and Personal Care Home industry and have community connections and referral sources.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
Must be outgoing, a self-starter, determined, dependable, results driven, great team member, great customer service and sale skills.
Must have integrity and have the ability to handle pertinent and sensitive information in a HIPPA complaint manner
Preferred experience with marketing in home health, private home care, personal care home and hospice setting. Knowledge and experience working with Medicaid Waiver programs, CCSP, SOURCE, ICWP, NOW and COMP. Must have experience with TELLUS, EVV and Medicaid billing.
Must have valid license, must be flexible, have community connections and be ready to work.
Must be knowledgably of the rules and regulation of non-medical and medical home care and personal care home regulations and operations or be willing to learn.
Must be able to pass finger print background check, CPR and First Aid, physical and TB.
Must have knowledge and experience with hands on patient care working with the elderly and disabled.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Must be able to accurately enter client and caregiver information in Home care software and scheduling of caregivers for assigned shifts.
Must be able to recruit and retain the great CNA’s and PCA’s, perform employee onboarding, orientation, new employee training.
Keep caregiver and clients files updated and all times and in a compliance with state regulations and inspection ready.
Assist in marketing ventures for Home care company and Personal Care Home including setting up meetings and scrubbing all referrals for appropriateness for programs.
Arranging nursing visits in accordance with state regulations and assisting in QA audits.
Must be able to assist with recruiting of new caregivers and schedule caregivers in accordance with agency policy and be able to match caregivers and clients effectively.
Must be able to address client and caregiver concerns in a time sensitive manner and with professionalism at all times.
Must be social media savvy.
