Job Title: Land Call Center RepresentativePosition Overview: Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a Land Call Center Representative that plays a pivotal role in generating leads for land acquisition across Pennsylvania (PA) and Maryland (MD). This position is focused on proactive outreach, utilizing effective communication skills to engage potential sellers, landowners, and stakeholders. The primary objective is to identify and qualify leads for land acquisition, contributing to the growth and development goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound calls to targeted regions within PA and MD to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
    • Utilize various lead generation strategies to source and qualify prospective sellers and landowners.
    • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and outcomes within the designated CRM system.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Establish rapport and build relationships with property owners and stakeholders through effective communication and active listening.
    • Clearly articulate the benefits and value propositions of land acquisition opportunities to potential sellers.
    • Address inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner to foster positive interactions.
  • Qualification and Analysis:
    • Gather pertinent information from potential sellers to assess the viability and suitability of land parcels for acquisition.
    • Evaluate property characteristics, ownership details, zoning regulations, and other relevant factors to determine potential fit.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to conduct preliminary feasibility studies and due diligence assessments on identified properties.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Manage a dynamic pipeline of leads, tracking progress through various stages of the acquisition process.
    • Prioritize follow-up activities based on lead qualification and strategic objectives to maximize conversion rates.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and pipeline status to management.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including land acquisition specialists, real estate agents, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
    • Share insights, feedback, and market intelligence to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
    • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in the real estate or land acquisition sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and data tracking.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Familiarity with land use regulations, zoning laws, and real estate principles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Hourly Rate: $17-$20 incentives
