KLW SERVICES is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Louisville, KY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee our quality department and ensure compliance with industry standards at the plant level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems to uphold product integrity and food safety. 1st shift 8a-5p Monday-Friday. $85-$95K.

Duties:

- Conduct supplier quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain product consistency
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for enhancement in the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP, and other relevant standards
- Lead HACCP programs to ensure food safety protocols are followed
- Oversee quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation
- Manage Lab Techs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven 5-10 years experience in quality assurance, QA/QC, food manufacturing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Certification in Lean/Six-Sigma desired
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
