Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Director, Emergency Department. This facility is a 99-bed rural hospital in Texas and has an ED/Level 4 Trauma Center, the only hospital in the county and offers acute care and outpatient services.

Requirements:

• Texas nursing license or a Compact nursing license.
• Rural or Critical Access experience.
• Emergency Department Leadership experience.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $900 per day ($234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
