In this role, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities:
As the Team Lead/Admin Asst, you'll be pivotal in optimizing efficiency and driving success. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Delegate office tasks and provide general support.
  • Create, develop, implement, and maintain structure for employees.
  • Establish standards and procedures, measure results, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage time and attendance using cloud-based software.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Manage employee benefits administration.
  • Work with the Employee Management team to update policies and all in-house activities of the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated team.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Experience in management and business administration or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury.
  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
  • Manage the daily functions of the business.
The ideal candidate will reside in Valdosta, GA.
