St. Luke Lutheran Community, a not-for-profit leader in the Senior Care Industry, is searching for a part-time Information Technology (IT) Assistant. This position provided support to the Manager of Information Services by answering technical support calls and assisting with support requests. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to quickly diagnose4 PCs, servers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals and make necessary hardware repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP networks
• Stong problem-solving ability
• Excellent customer service; strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to learn quickly and stay current in an ever-changing technical landscape
• Above average time management skills
