Custom Staffing Services is Hiring an Operator Near Henderson, KY
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, calipers, carpentry, CNC machines, and fork truck.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and CNC machines to fabricate parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform quality control checks using calipers and other measuring instruments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in operating machinery and tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software for programming machines
- Ability to fabricate parts according to specifications
- Knowledge of Millwork processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
