PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub 141 in St Robert, MO is looking for a Kitchen Lead to join our team. We are located at 141 St Robert blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Our Kitchen Lead reports to the GM on all aspects.

• Managing inventory for food and beverage items to ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked

• Hiring, training, and disciplining kitchen staff such as line cooks, bussers, and dish washers.

• Seeking ways to improve kitchen processes and ensure prompt service

• Creating a schedule for kitchen staff to know their shifts

• Set standards for kitchen cleanliness and ensuring cleaning is done regularly 

• Tracking kitchen waste and looking for improvements for financial return

Qualifications 3-5 years experience leading kitchens in casual dining restaurants.
