Rx Help Centers aims to serve more Americans than any other advocate group in existence through superior customer service and exhaustive effort on part of all of our advocate associates.Job DescriptionThe Patient Advocate serves as a liaison between our patients, their healthcare providers, and various prescription drug assistance options, working to reduce the patients' prescription costs. **Starting pay $20.00 per hour - Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm** Essential Duties and Responsibilities Make calls to and receive calls from patients, healthcare providers, and assistance programs. Obtain and accurately enter information from patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and other Rx Help Centers staff. Provide timely and accurate updates to patients, healthcare providers, assistance programs, and other Rx Help Centers staff. QualificationsRequired & Essential SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent Customer service experience Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and organizational skills Data entry experience with general PC knowledge, including email, internet and cloud-based CMS systems Ability to think critically, effectively analyze information and form sound judgements Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic work environmentBilingual is a plus, but not required Additional InformationThis position provides ample room for growth and promotion within Rx Help Centers.No weekends, no holidays! Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision and 401k matching.
