Location: New York City (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Role OverviewRaycon seeks a Product Manager to lead our Audio roadmap and drive end-to-end product ownership. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Vision & Strategy: Shape the future of Raycon’s Audio products, expanding current categories and exploring new opportunities
  • Execution: Drive KPIs, product requirements, packaging development, user research, and overseas partner management
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing, sales, design, digital media, and analytics teams to craft compelling product stories
  • Reporting: Manage trade-offs, escalate issues, and report on development progress, milestones, and risks
  • Market Understanding: Analyze customer reviews, product returns, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3-5 years in product management, preferably in consumer electronics
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and product development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve ambitious goals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication and inspirational leadership skills
  • Passionate and driven, with a good sense of humor

Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
