A 1 is Hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician Near OMAHA, NE
As a maintenance technician, you will:
• Perform maintenance and repair activities on industrial machinery
• Review maintenance schedules
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and building systems
• Identify and troubleshoot broken, malfunctioning or defective machinery
• Diagnose root cause
• Make emergency repairs
• Reassemble, recalibrate and test machines once repairs are complete
• Order parts for repairs as necessary
• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Ensure your area remains neat and orderly
• Perform other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; use ladders; and talk or hear. Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools, power tools, cleaning equipment, and to paint. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and /or move more than 60 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
