Position Purpose: 

The Retail Associate and Studio Assistant is responsible for contributing to the profitability of the Hudson storefront by providing customer service at the storefront and contributing to the daily operations required for the store’s success. This role is also responsible for shipping and receiving at the warehouse. In this position, you will assist with daily warehouse and office needs, such as keeping the space clean, providing administrative support, and providing project assistance. 

Essential Functions: 

Retail 

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Converting as many visitors to purchasers as possible when on the store floor, documenting successes, and identifying best practices
• Ensure the storefront is always in presentable order - clean, tidy, organized, and dusted regularly.
• Assist the Retail Manager and Design & Development Lead with store merchandising.
• Ensure the MINNA brand and mission are being represented consistently throughout the store by communicating directly with customers and updating signage.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as inventory processing, tagging, or otherwise as delegated by the Retail Manager.

Fulfillment & Inventory 

• Support on shipping fulfillment as needed
• Ship all online, wholesale, trade, dropship, and sample orders
• Support in the management of inventory at the warehouse
• Support in receiving, quality control, and organizing all new inventory coming into the warehouse

All Hands Support

• Assist with general office administrative tasks such as cleaning and organizing. 
• Assist the Product Manager with various projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and deadlines.
• Support across departments on various projects to help meet deadlines.
