We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for driving multiple projects, often related as part of a program, fostering collaborative relationships, executing strategic plans, and communicating program needs and expectations effectively.

As a valued team member of the Strategic Alignment Office (SAO), the Program Manager is an enterprise thinker. They are continually considering the impact of their programs and projects within the larger organizational context. They contribute to AIPP’s ability to deliver valued business outcomes and data-informed decisions. The Program Manager, in collaboration with key organizational stakeholders and the SAO, drives, coordinates, and manages program and project delivery to optimize execution and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, implement, assess, and communicate strategic plans for assigned programs.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives through effective communication strategies.
  • Foster effective collaboration and shared goals among team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactively address challenges and obstacles to ensure program success.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging lessons learned, best practices, and standardized processes across programs.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements and optimization strategies.
  • Share expertise, best practices, and guidance to promote a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management) or comparable work experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in academic publishing not required, but a strong plus.

Additional details:

$115,000 - $135,000 

Salary within the above posted range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience.

To be considered candidates must reside within NY, NJ, CT, MD, VA, PA, MA, RI or Washington, DC. This is a remote first plus convening opportunity.
