Role Focus and Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and service existing commercial accounts.
• Process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance, and handle other policy documentation with precision.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and accurate service delivery.
• Work closely with team to understand client needs and provide seamless service.
• Leverage current systems and processes to efficiently track and manage client interactions and documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Holds a valid Property/Casualty License.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with CRM and document management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• At least 3 years of experience in servicing insurance accounts, with a focus on commercial policies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• A team player who values collaboration and can also perform independently when required.
