Role Focus and Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and service existing commercial accounts.
Process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance, and handle other policy documentation with precision.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and accurate service delivery.
Work closely with team to understand client needs and provide seamless service.
Leverage current systems and processes to efficiently track and manage client interactions and documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
Holds a valid Property/Casualty License.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with CRM and document management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
At least 3 years of experience in servicing insurance accounts, with a focus on commercial policies.
Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
A team player who values collaboration and can also perform independently when required.
