Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Inside Sales channel, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of Channel Development Managers and support staff. This includes recruiting, hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a strong, collaborative team environment.
Channel Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales goals and exceeding partner expectations.
Sales Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Management) to equip your team with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to succeed. This includes developing sales playbooks, conducting training sessions, and staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous growth.

Skills You Bring To The Field
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10 years of experience in channel sales leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience in building and managing high performing inside sales teams.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, with experience in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
