The Role

This is not your typical customer service role! Come be a part of a proactive team creating new and innovative ways to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction. As the Guest Services Rooms Coordinator your contribution to the organization will be as the ‘voice’ of the company to our customers. You will be quintessential to maintaining guest relationships post-purchase! This means addressing any guest concerns, requests, questions, and issues. 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries, modification requests, and complaints in a timely manner and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide information about the guest rates, policies, and check-in processes.
  • Assist with special events and activities, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to guest services and activities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years most recent experience related hotel and/or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Salesforce or complex informational software 
  • Flexibility in both availability and in travel requirements when necessary 
  • Multi-lingual proficiency strongly preferred (Spanish, French) 

Physical

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
