Our physical medicine and rehabilitation medical office is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish / English Speaking) Front Desk assistant to join our team.

You’ll be in charge of all patients coming in and out of the office, helping patients with paperwork, scheduling patients, and ensuring our office is running smoothly.

This can be a full-time or part-time position.

Compensation : $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the patient schedule
• Make calls to patients and answer the phone
• Maintain order with patient filing, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, etc.
• Responsible for checking in all patients, giving the correct paperwork, routing them to the correct provider

Qualifications :

• 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Must have 2 years of medical office experience
• We use Chiro Touch for EMR - not mandatory, but it would be a huge bonus if you have experience using Chiro Touch
• Must be very friendly and want to help patients get better
• Bilingual - Spanish and English speaking
