Digital Producer / Digital Project Manager
We are looking for a Digital Producer / Digital Project Manager to oversee all digital client projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly while reporting progress to senior staff members. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, is confident in their decision-making skills, and has a sharp eye for detail that will be as essential as tactical thinking and clear communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects, including website launches and digital marketing campaigns, from conception through completion.

  • Manage multiple digital projects for multiple clients with the ability to prioritize on the fly through the entire project lifecycle from conception to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, including design, development, account management, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans with key milestones, deliverables, and budgets, adjusting workflows to accommodate project evolution and stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to all stakeholders on progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Provide weekly reports on budgets, tracking hours by person against key milestones and deliverables, and maintaining strict accountability.
  • Able to move quickly and pivot when needed; a flexible mindset and approach.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale, ensuring all team members are accountable for their deliverables.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and user requirements and support agency-developed branding and strategic initiatives.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive all project-related documentation.
  • Oversee the allocation of development resources, ensuring optimal resource bandwidth and project alignment while managing developer resourcing based on project demands and timelines.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and multi-faceted projects.
  • Analytical mindset with a capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • JIRA, Google Suites, and SmartSheets knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or business is required

  • 5-7 years experience in digital project management or equivalent
  • An understanding of technical processes is required
  • Experience managing website projects, including creative & development, is required
  • Experience with managing smaller-scale digital projects, including emails, SMS, and paid media, is a plus
  • Agile Scrum certification and/or experience is a plus
  • PMP is a plus

This position reports directly to the Group Account Director.
