Hancock is hiring SERVICE LEADS.

This is the most valued role in our restaurant as you are the face and hospitality for the experience of our guests. This is an elevated hourly role paired with tipped income.

Duties & Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

- Greeting and seating guests - managing a waitlist, pacing seating, game planning for best execution of service
- Supporting guest experience through extraordinary hospitality
- Being aware of surroundings to anticipate guest needs
- Answering phones
- Maintain composure and efficiency during busy times
- Team player who works well with both front and back of the house staff
- Become knowledgeable about our POS system
- Become a "menu expert" and be able to talk about all food and drink offerings
- Have a welcoming, positive and upbeat attitude
- Assist with maintaining a clean and well stocked service and dining area
- Ability to assist with opening and nightly closing procedures
-Position will be a mix of nights and weekends and rotate through all Front of House duties including, but not limited to: food running, expediting, bussing tables, cleaning, opening or closing the restaurant.

The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All in Catering make up this dynamic restaurant group. All conveniently located in the Uptown neighborhood on Wealthy Street.
