They are also a certified hardware and software reseller focusing on Cloud, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security. Role Description; This is a full-time hybrid role for a SharePoint Online Developer at SAVVY Technology Solutions LLC. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, along with experience migrating from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online, and expertise in various related technologies, third-party plugins, workflows, and tools. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, development, and customization, including web parts, workflows, and third-party plugins. The role is based in Springfield, IL with the flexibility to work hybrid. Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer and PowerApps.
• Create and manage external and internal content types, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Utilize SharePoint Online search capabilities to optimize content discovery and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Perform SharePoint Online administration tasks, including user management, permissions, and site configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online solutions, workflows, and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest SharePoint Online features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and guidance when needed.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Five to Seven years of SharePoint Developer experience with at least three years of experience with SharePoint Online development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and development best practices.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CAML.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or related technologies (optional but preferred).
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development (preferred).

Note: This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week at office in Springfield, IL. Preferred candidates that are local or within commutable distance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,306.74 - $103,939.30 per year
