    • Set ambitious but achievable revenue targets and monitor the sales team's performance against these goals.

What we are looking for in our SVP of Sales:

  • This sales leader has a rich history of steering and advancing sales teams within the Professional Services or Advertising industry.
  • The ideal candidate for this role brings a proven track record of steering sales teams toward expansive growth over the past 3-5 years, forging enduring partnerships with discerning business unit marketing leaders within the broader organizational structure.
  • This candidate has extensive experience working in a technology environment of changing and evolving capabilities and has experience creating an environment where new capabilities are brought to market via both existing accounts and new clients.
  • The ideal candidate will also need to have experience in and be comfortable with driving sales growth across different services and client segments with very different characteristics and needs. As an example, this would range from consultative selling of high-value complex consulting projects to large enterprises, to creating programs to identify growth opportunities to profitably sell standardized products among low-touch upper mid-market small company segments.
  • This person has a strong understanding of the economics of selling projects vs. retainers vs. recurring ARR coming from reselling SAAS platforms and is a deep analytical thinker that is extremely data and analytics-oriented. Speaking the language of finance and operational excellence is second nature to this person.
  • Growing a sales organization at a professional services organization or agency from $50M to $100M - setting and meeting growth targets.
  • Leading a team that sells professional services in $500,000 /agreement in size is paramount.
  • Consultative sales: Training a team to sell to multiple stakeholders, working accounts, and understanding how to handle complex negotiations. Demonstrated ability to implement processes and coach salespeople to package and sell complex deals.

Finally, at InfoTrust, we believe our success is someone else’s miracle. Giving back to the communities in which our team members live and work is a key part of who we are; we made this “official” with the formation of the InfoTrust Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
