Certified Collectibles Group is Hiring a Director, Facilities Near Sarasota, FL
Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Oversee daily operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs.
- Manage the cleaning and upkeep of all company buildings, including offices, common areas, and external grounds.
- Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Oversee contract for services such as landscaping, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, visitors, and property.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Deep understanding of facilities management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Plan and manage office space allocation and layout to maximize efficiency and accommodate company growth.
- Coordinate office moves, renovations, and refurbishments as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of space and resources.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to plan, execute, and oversee large-scale capital projects.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make cost-effective decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in managing facilities within a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in overseeing large-scale projects, including construction, renovation, and maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with order management systems or ERP software.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
- LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
