Job Title: Extrusion Processor

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt (FULL-TIME)

Supervisor/Manager Title: ERP Supervisor

Location:JAMAK Fabrication,Weatherford, Texas

Starting Pay Rate/Hours of Operation:

$14.00/hr - 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30p.m.)

2nd Shift - $1.00 Shift differential (3:00p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)

3rd Shift - $2.00 Shift differential (11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.)

$0.50 Increase w/ Training Completion after 90 days.

Monday thru Friday with overtime as required.

Summary:

The ERP Processor is an entry-level position (full-time) in the Extrusion processing area. Personnel hired into this position are trained on multiple parts and one or more of the following operations: bonding, molding, cutting, drilling, assembling, spooling, clipping, taping and packaging product required for orders.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow work instructions to safely and efficiently complete production

Report daily production accurately

Set up necessary equipment based on established standards

Verify products meet quality standards

Understand process sheets, work instructions, and product prints

Report to work as scheduled and on time.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred

Must be safety conscience

Must be able to keep detailed records

Must have good hand and eye coordination, good eyesight, corrective lens acceptable

Must be able to read/write English and make simple math calculations

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and sit or stand for long periods of time

Must be able to maintain a clean work environment

Must be able to work in a dusty, hot/cold environment

Must be able to work as a team member

Must posses a willingness to cross train on multiple processes
