√ You've got proven mechanical skills and love fixing things — solving problems (we'll invest in your training)

√ You hate selling/convincing customers because you're honest and fair but won't give your work away

We provide our W2 employees with above-industry pay and benefits.Our job flow is steady compared to the industry because we work for the largest single-family rental companies in the world.But you understand that there are ebbs and flows in service work. Don't worry; when you have a slow week, we'll make sure that you can feed your family and pay the bills.Our commission-based compensation structure pays among the highest rates in the area. This year, our technicians are making in the range of $900-$1500 and averaging $1,200 per week. What accounts for the pay difference is the number of jobs they are willing and able to run.Our employees are eligible for benefits that include:

* Follow our client's processes and procedures
* Communicate effectively with tenants, clients, and our office
* Arrive within the appointment windows
* Complete the work without recalls
